Jeffrey Carroll

Jeff graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington with a degree in B.S. Architecture, has over 20 years of experience and excels in master planning, programming and design of projects. Thus, as CEO and President, Jeff manages several client portfolios, spearheads the firm's marketing program and manages development services such as due diligence studies, site analysis and municipal processing with presentations to city councils and planning boards.
